Software Circle plc will inform shareholders at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 18 September 2024 and the following changes will be made to the Group Board of Directors immediately following the meeting: As previously announced, Jan Mohr will step down as Chairman. Conrad Bona will step down as a Non-Executive Director due to his length of service on the Board.
