Software Developers Associations want to make it easier for IT companies to go public

The Association of Computer and Information Technology Enterprises (APKIT) and the Association of Software Developers Russoft proposed to simplify the process of IT companies entering the stock exchange through state support. Russoft President Valentin Makarov spoke about this at the Innoprom-2022 conference. The information was confirmed by Gennady Margolit, chairman of the Council for Investments and Exchanges at APKIT and Russoft, specifying that the proposals were sent to the Ministry of Digital Development and Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

A representative of the Ministry of Digital Development confirmed that the proposals “were submitted for consideration and are being worked out.” Chernyshenko’s office did not respond to Vedomosti’s request.
