The company aims to scale its product through independent feature delivery, system improvements, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, offering a competitive salary and benefits package in a fully remote environment.
Addressing a Critical Need in Employee Wellbeing

Key responsibilities include:
- Improving system reliability and maintainability by actively reducing bugs and technical debt.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Full-Stack Expertise and Collaborative Spirit
Tilt is seeking a candidate with a proven track record of independently delivering full-stack features from design to production deployment, utilizing Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend. A successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and proactively seek assistance when needed.
Beyond technical skills, Tilt emphasizes the importance of empathy, collaboration, and a willingness to thrive in ambiguous environments. The company values candidates who are fearlessly flexible, curious, and comfortable learning new software quickly. Experience in startups and/or B2B SaaS environments is considered a plus.
