Abraxas
My home and the most significant musical source for me in the last 20 years. I used to come and listen to new songs that Eddie Ehrlich played on Sundays there. Eddie is my maestro, and one of the people who most influenced my musical vibe.
Cub got up
The Cub Kem hosted me and Ronen Gutman for parties on Fridays at noon. We could play disco and a lot of house, vocal and melodic music there, and we managed to create an old-time atmosphere there. I always love going back there – for the food, the amazing service and the atmosphere.
Port Said
The only place where I allow myself to sit and eat alone. On the days I get to the center and have a free hour, I always get there. Everything is fast, smiling, tasty and so nonchalant. Something super cool is always playing in the background that you rarely hear anywhere else.
K BAR
Sandra and Miller was the first and last bar I opened. Such a childhood dream. The Sandra in the name is Sandra Shepha, who later became the wife of Roy Zakheim, who eventually bought the bar and turned it into K. He didn’t change much from the original design. When I feel like disappearing into magic, I go there. Love the crowd for a short time, the underground and the music they play. It gives me a little glimpse into my past.
Pronto and the canteen
The restaurants I always go back to. Every bite is colorful, the ingredients are fine, the people are colorful and the atmosphere is super cool. Every time I happen to pass by one of them, I can smell the dish I like the most there.
