A similar case has come to light in Sonbhadra. The body of a woman was found in a vacant plot on March 11 in East Mohal area of Robertsganj Kotwali area. The woman was identified as Mamta Srivastava, a resident of Windhamganj. She was strangled to death. The police have arrested the woman’s second lover, Nandu Yadav, in this case. It is said that the woman, along with her first lover, had murdered her husband Rajeev Kumar in the year 2021. She was on bail in this case. During this time, she had a relationship with her second lover Nandu Yadav. The woman was living with her new boyfriend in Robertsganj town. Police said that the woman was pressurizing her new lover to marry her. She was also trying to blackmail him by threatening to make the video viral. Due to this, the other lover strangled her to death and threw the body in an empty plot. The police, disclosing this matter, arrested the woman’s second lover and sent him to jail.
Nandu Yadav lived with Mamta
CO City Rahul Pandey told that Mamta Srivastava was originally a resident of Palamu village of Jharkhand. She was married to Rajiv Kumar in Phulwar village of Vindhamganj police station area of Sonbhadra. In the year 2021, Mamta along with her first lover had committed the murder of her husband. In this case, the deceased and her lover were arrested by the police and a case of murder was registered. Later the woman was granted bail by the court. The woman was currently living in Robertsganj. Her second lover Nandu Yadav also lived with her.
