In the case of Sony, this may not be really surprising, after it completely dropped its PlayStation consoles already in 2019, but according to IGN Nintendo will join it without explaining yet why. The conference is scheduled to be held in June at the Los Angeles Convention Center, and as mentioned, Microsoft will not be there with its Xbox either. However, the company should match the presentation of the purpose of its new products with the conference itself.
