by time news

Sony has introduced new models of proprietary Walkman audio players – the NW-ZX700 and NW-A300 are based on the Android 12 operating system and support streaming services. The new players will go on sale in 2023. Walkman NW-A300 will cost from $250, and Walkman NW-ZX700 will cost at least $700.

The flagship Walkman NW-ZX700 received a five-inch HD touch screen (1280×720 pixels), an S-Master HX digital amplifier and 64 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded with microSD memory cards. Built-in battery allows you to work up to 22 hours without recharging. The more affordable Walkman NW-A300 has a 3.6-inch touchscreen and 32 or 64 GB of internal memory.

Both new products support DSEE Ultimate technology based on artificial intelligence, which allows you to restore the original quality of the audio file. The players also work with Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless networks, which allows you to listen to music through streaming services.
