On April 29, influencer Sophie Elise Isachsen (29) and her partner Vegard Jørstad (31) welcomed their first child into the world. The little boy has been named Helmer.
The influencer took a long break from her social media channels but has now returned and updated her followers on the new life as a mother.
On Friday, Sophie shared on Instagram Story that they are currently in the process of moving from Trondheim to Oslo.
In the post, she asked if anyone in Trondheim would like all the empty cardboard boxes she had lying around.

“Packing everything else and moving with a baby is challenging in itself, so if I can outsource these boxes, I will! Our car is also so small that transporting these boxes back and forth takes quite a few trips,” she wrote, adding that she was willing to pay a few thousand to have them removed.

– People get a bit upset when I say it
On Saturday, she appeared in a new interview with VG, where she shares more details about her role as a mother. Pictures from training sessions, café visits, and trips continue to be shared on Isachsen’s Snapchat, where Helmer is not present.
– I have a nanny. People get a bit upset when I say that, but I have her for 2-3 hours every day, she tells the newspaper, adding that during those hours she can for example train or go to a café alone.

Isachsen acknowledges that she needs a little extra help to be the good mom she wants to be. When asked why people get upset, the “Girls of Oslo” profile responds that some believe that if you are not with your child 24/7, you are not a good mother.
To be a good mother, she honestly states that she needs a little help.

Planning a new procedure
In the same interview, Isachsen reveals that when she and her family go to Los Angeles this fall, she will also have a consultation to eventually remove the implants in her butt. Despite the change in her thoughts about procedures, this is about aesthetics and not morality, according to Sophie.
– I do this because I don’t want my butt to sag down to my knees when I turn 40. Because gravity is coming, she tells VG.
Sophie Elise Isachsen has so far not responded to Dagbladet’s inquiry.
This is not the first time the influencer has attracted attention for her choices regarding motherhood. Earlier this summer, she revealed that she did not breastfeed her son.
“No, I just pump! You’re not allowed to say this, but I didn’t like breastfeeding. I had a pretty mentally heavy time after giving birth, and it didn’t get better when I felt like I was stuck on the couch commanding Vegard around to fetch things for me, tidy things up, and so on,” she explained at that time.
Additionally, she faced criticism after sharing a picture of how her body looked a few days after giving birth.
