This initiative was launched by the Moroccan Embassy in Lima to mark this glorious anniversary and to bring closer to the Peruvian public, through images of excellent creative quality, the genius of Morocco and the determination of its people to build a prosperous, tolerant and open country to the world.

Thus, in the “Magic Water Circuit”, which is an emblematic park in Lima, hundreds of visitors viewed breathtaking images of Morocco against the backdrop of the national anthem.

The 7-minute nighttime projection was made against a water backdrop arranged along a set of water jets and dancing fountains.

The well-made film tells the story of the rise of the aeronautics and automobile industry in Morocco, the leap made by the Kingdom in terms of road, rail (TGV) and airport infrastructure, the dynamism of the Moroccan cultural scene and the advantages that its proximity to Europe provides to the Kingdom.

It also takes the Peruvian public on a journey through the meanders of the Moroccan Sahara and stops at the most famous tourist sites in Morocco, in addition to a nod to the richness of Moroccan gastronomy.

A second projection, this time of the national colours, was made on the façade of the municipality of Miraflores, one of the historic municipalities west of the city of Lima.

Against the backdrop of the national anthem, the image of the Moroccan flag was projected onto the façade of this historic building, declared a national monument, which rises over four floors at an open angle and has a central tower.

Finally, the third commemorative projection was carried out on the historic Eduardo Villena Rey Bridge, considered one of the oldest bridges in Lima.
