The SpaceX rocket successfully takes off from the Cape Canaveral Kennedy Space Center with four astronauts on board, bound for the International Space Station. It is the second manned flight of SpaceX, the private company founded by entrepreneur Elon Musk that will now transport NASA astronauts into space after nine years of domination by Russian Soyuz rockets.
