When the holidays turn into a nightmare. An 18-year-old Briton accuses six men of raping her in a hotel room in the seaside resort of Magaluf on the Spanish island of Mallorca in the Balearic archipelago. Five French and one Swiss were arrested by the local gendarmerie which is continuing an investigation for “sexual assault”. According to Guillermo Esteban, a journalist from the local press, the suspects allegedly filmed “a clear scene of rape” with their mobile phones.
The young woman called for help
The British tourist met her attackers at a party on the island. She would have followed them to their hotel near the beach, an establishment “accustomed to this type of incident”, assures Guillermo Esteban. The facts took place “at dawn”, specify the police who seized the images of remote surveillance of the hotel. the raconte world that the assault occurred in the bedroom of one of the arrested men. The young woman was able to get out of the room and called for help. The six suspects are imprisoned in Mallorca pending trial.
