Spanish transporters denounce attacks in France against their trucks

The Spanish Confederation of Freight Transport (CETM), The country’s main transport association has denounced a series of attacks on the French border against trucks importing Spanish products.

The Mossos d’Esquadra are working in collaboration with the French Gendarmerie and are diverting heavy vehicles to La Junquera, but CETM considers that this action is “insufficient.”

For this reason, it has asked the authorities to ensure that these types of attacks do not occur and that they carry out the necessary actions so that the perpetrators stop acting “with total impunity”

“They must answer to the law and pay for the acts they are committing. Furthermore, we must remember that in the event of any demonstration, the right to free movement of travelers and goods must be respected,” he defended.
