The San José State University women’s swimming and diving team concluded competition at the Phill Hansel Invitational in Houston, Texas, on Friday, November 22, 2025, securing four top-10 individual finishes. In the 200 backstroke, Karlee Marusik secured seventh place with a time of 2:00.51. This result is notably significant as it places her seventh all-time among San José State’s top performers in the event.
The 200 butterfly saw Genevieve George finish eighth at 2:00.88, closely followed by Lillie Grover, who won the “B” final heat with a time of 2:00.04,earning her ninth place overall.
