On July 15, 2024, Monday at 7:00 p.m., you are invited to participate in the 3rd ongoing postponed special accountability meeting of the Municipal Authority (document no. pr. 17023/02-07-2024), scheduled to take place live in the hall meetings of the Municipal Council, as provided for in the provisions of article 67A of Law 3852/2010 and added by article 7 of Law 5056/2023 (under pro. no. 16528/28-06-2024 invitation to correct repetition) .
The agenda of the meeting includes matters related to the work of the municipal authority and in particular:
· Up to ten (10) issues raised by the municipal councillors, of which three (3) by the councilors of the majority.
· Up to two (2) issues raised by the presidents of the municipal communities.
· Each municipal councilor and each community president can raise up to one (1) issue.
As long as a total of more than ten (10) issues are submitted by the municipal councilors and more than two (2) issues by the presidents of the municipal communities, a public lottery is held by the presidium, for the issues to be discussed and which will be recorded in the daily agenda. arrangement.

4) Update on 1) the actions taken by KOAN regarding recruitment and secondments, 2) with what decisions were made and 3) by which body and what actions have been taken for the planning of KOAN in tourism matters in order to anticipate the tourism preparation period period 2025. 5) Update on the actions that have been taken by the Municipal Authority for the school roof, given that pre-school education is still hosted in classrooms and in particular the developments for the 3rd Primary School. (Municipal Councillor, Ms Pi Vasileia).
6) Information on whether a detailed recording plan has been formed for the management and saving of water resources and, if so, what the results are. (Municipal Councillor, Mrs Hatzichristofi Irini).
7) Update on the studies of the former primary schools of Kefalos and Kardamenas. (Municipal Councillor, Mr. Ioannis Kamateros).
8) Update on 1) the measures that the Municipal Authority will take in order to finally have a comprehensive and modernized fire prevention plan, 2) how it will ensure the necessary funding, the coverage of the huge gaps in personnel both in the municipal service and in the Forest Service and the Fire Department, 3) how it will protect the public character and ownership of the forest areas and 4) what measures will be taken so that there is finally integrated fire-anti-flood protection.
