Puducherry-Minister Chandrapriyanka said that a special camp will be held constituency-wise for registration in Non-Organizational Welfare Board. During question time in the Assembly, MLA Sampath (DMK) said, ‘The unorganized workers in the construction sector are finding it difficult to register with the Unorganized Welfare Board. Therefore, steps will be taken to hold special camps by assembly constituency?’ Minister Chandra Priyanka replied, ‘There is no difficulty in registering as a member of the board, whereas in the last year 2018-19, members were added commune wise. In the same way, camps will be conducted constituency wise and membership recruitment will be conducted,” he said.
