An imposing skyscraper has burned this morning in Ajman (United Arab Emirates) after a fire spread rapidly that has suffered a house located on the 22nd floor. The residential block in question is the Ajman One Towers 2, a large building that has a twin in front, although the flames have not reached him.
The firefighters have effectively put out the fire, in a matter of a few minutes, according to the publications made on Twitter by some residents of this central area in the fourth largest city of the emirate. About half a million people live in the coastal town of Ajman, which is located north of Dubai, nestled on the Persian Gulf.
It is not the first time that a skyscraper monopolizes a fire of these characteristics in the Arab state of the Middle East. In 2016 the flames devastated a block in Ajman, which was the fourth in just three years. The most recent one dates from November 7, 2022, one was recorded very close to the Burj Khalifa, in Dubai, the tallest building in the world.
