Speech Disorder: Aphasia and Dementia – When you can’t think of the words

AWords just flow out of many people. Being able to speak, to tell about what one thinks, feels and has experienced is something that goes without saying. But what if the words suddenly fail? When names or designations suddenly seem to have disappeared from memory, sentences have to remain unfinished. Does such a word-finding disorder herald aphasia, which affects Hollywood star Bruce Willis, for example, or dementia? Or are there also harmless explanations for it?
