Bread slices – 5
Egg – 3
Big onion -1
Coriander leaves – a little
Green chillies – 2
Chilli Flakes – ½ tsp
Pepper powder – ¾ tsp
Salt – as needed
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Butter – 2 – 3 tablespoons
Recipe
Finely chop the onion and chillies.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat until foamy.
Then add chopped onions, chillies, coriander, chilli flakes, pepper powder, required amount of salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
Put a tosa stone in the oven and heat it with butter and melt it. Take the bread and dip it in the egg mixture.
Keep the flame low. Only then will it cook well inside.
Cook for 1 – 2 minutes on each side, turning occasionally. Boil well and then take out and serve.
Now the delicious Masala Bread Roast is ready.
