The State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia presents the results of the complex operative-investigative measures in the direction of prevention, disruption and detection of tax offenses carried out by the SRC Investigation and Operational Intelligence Department in the period from November 1 to 30.
In 48 cases, cases of transportation or supply of goods in violation of the requirements of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia, totaling 10,679,361 AMD, were recorded without writing out the relevant accounting documents. The amount of the possible fine is AMD 38,610,958.
In 27 cases, protocols were drawn up regarding engaging in illegal business activities. The amount of illegal entrepreneurial income was AMD 120,170,420. The possible fine amounts to AMD 78,254,460.
In 22 cases, violations of activities subject to licensing or notification without a license or without notification, or using the subsoil or natural resources without a permit or without a license were recorded. The amount of registered violations is AMD 144,190,000.
