Perumanam: ‘What is regional history writing? How?’ Released. Sreejith Moothedath’s scholarly book “What is regional history writing? How?” was released at the Peruvanam International Literary Festival. Writer and social activist Dr. P. The book launch was done by Geeta. A.R. Praveen Kumar received the book. The book is published by H&C Books. Famous documentary maker Keli Ramachandran inaugurated the function.

The book covers guidelines, scope, practice and possibilities for regional historiography. Keli Ramachandran commented that this book is related to the ‘Ahwana’ of prominent social activist Kiran Bedi to make the young generation curious about history and the ‘Cultural Mapping’ conducted by the Sarvamangala Trust along with the Peruvanam Desanthara Gramotsavam. He was speaking after the opening ceremony of the program.

On the last day of the three-day literature festival, Aswathi Thirunal Gauri Lakshmi Bai Tamburatty, writers Anand Neelakanthan, T.D. Ramakrishnan, Subhash Chandran, Ram Mohan Paliath, Sri Lankan poet Ahilan, director Sathyan Anthikad and others participated.
