The 428th Jayanti of Sri Guru Raghavendra was celebrated on 26th February with much fanfare at Changi Sri Rama Temple, Singapore. In Guru Raghavendra’s Aradhana ceremony, the Balkuta Abhishekam, where the devotees paid fine, was an eye-catching sight. Sahasranama Archana was the highlight of this festival which was attended by many devotees.
Sri Raghavendra visited the temple as Sarva Akara Nayak and blessed it. The devotees who participated in the ceremony were given food offerings along with Arul Prasad. Chief priest Vaikanasa Yasho Bhushanam Ammankudi V.Srinivasa Bhattacharya performed Abhishekam – Archana – Aradhanas and spoke about the glory of Guru Raghavendra. The temple administration had made elaborate arrangements.
