In the form of Krishna who established dharma and eradicated adharma, the Lord understood many leelas from a young age.
Immediately after birth, the Lord revealed His Vishwarupa to His mother. And when Sri Krishna was still a child, he killed the demon Bhudana and many other demons. He preached the Vedanta philosophy of Bhagavad Gita and blessed the whole world.
He stood by the Pandavas in all their hardships and was a constant supporter of the truths that ‘dharma always wins’ and ‘where there is dharma, God is there’.
It should not be taken in a mundane sense that Sri Krishna engaged in rasalilas with the gopis. Many Maharishis in the previous Ramavatara prayed that they would have the privilege of worshiping the Lord in his true form. The Lord promised to fulfill their request in the next incarnation. So the Maharishis came into the world as gopis and Lord Sri Krishna. We learn this from Srimad Bhagavata. We have to follow the teachings of Lord Krishna in Bhagavad Gita about Satya and reach the Sireus.
