In this context, President Rajapaksa has announced that a curfew has been imposed in Sri Lanka from 6 pm on the 2nd to 6 am on Monday.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Education of Sri Lanka has issued an order to close schools in the Northern, Southern, North Western and Eastern Provinces tomorrow.
