Colombo: Sri Lankan Prime Minister Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has expanded his cabinet to include eight ministers. However, the finance minister has not been appointed. Douglas Devananda, Bandula Gunwardana, Keheliya Rambakwella, Mahinda Amaraweera, Rameshpadirana, Vidura Vikramanayake, Nasser Ahmed and Roshan Ranasinghe were sworn in yesterday.
