SSC CDMX suspends police officer involved in explicit video in the Metro

The Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) reported this Tuesday that The person who appears in a video having sex in the Mexico City Metro is an active police officer.

He pointed out that the General Directorate of Internal Affairs The institution has taken note of the facts and has preventively suspended the officer while the corresponding investigations are carried out.

In an information card, the SSC CDMX detailed that the officer was identified and summoned to give his statement.

Following this process, it was decided to proceed with his preventive suspension due to conduct contrary to the Code of Conduct of the Secretariat of Citizen Security.

The situation has generated a strong controversy among Metro users and on social networks.

The suspension of the police officer is an action taken by the SSC after the dissemination of a video with sexual content, recorded by the adult film actress Luna Bella, inside a Metro car and broadcast on the red social X.

This video has caused outrage and concern among users of the capital’s subway.

In light of this situation, the Collective Transport System (STC) Metro reported that it has detected that the videos in reference are part of private accounts that promote this type of action.

He pointed out that there is a presumption that those who appear in the images are not regular users, but rather people who consensually “act” for the recording.

The SSC added that it is working jointly with the authorities of the public transport system to reinforce security on all lines and create safe spaces for users.

The Mexico City Metro, meanwhile, stated that it respects freedom of expression, but strongly disapproves of its facilities being used to generate popularity for individual accounts.

He also warned that surveillance and patrols on trains are being reinforced, especially at night, to prevent any anomalies.

He stressed that during the current administration, the incidence of crime in the system has decreased by 78 percent.
