SSC police save baby’s life in Metro Merced

A member of the police force SSC He saved the life of a baby who needed first aid. The events occurred on the morning of this Tuesday, December 31, in the Merced station on Metro Line 1 capital.

According to an information sheet shared by the Secretariat of Citizen Security, this uniformed officer is part of the bodies belonging to the Banking and Industrial Police (PBI) from Mexico City.

In the report, it was mentioned that a couple of citizens entered the facilities from the Metro in search of help, because the minor could not breathe.

Seeing that the one year and 11 month old baby was beginning to turn purple, the SSC member began first aid work. cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

The minor’s parents had indicated that the girl fainted previously because I couldn’t breathe. Due to the emergency, both the family members and the uniformed personnel moved to some cubicles inside the Metro to request help and continue with the first aid work.

After several attempts to make the baby regain consciousness, she was finally able to cry. Minutes after that, an ambulance arrived at the Merced Metro facilities to treat the minor, who was diagnosed with feverish syndrome and seizures.

Before being transferred to a hospital for better care, The baby’s parents thanked the support and quick attention from this SSC police.
