A 54-year-old car driver with around two per thousand alcohol in his blood left a trail of devastation along the Bürmooser Landesstraße (L115) yesterday evening. He drove on the sidewalk and rolled over a street lamp and a snow pole

Sankt Georgen near Salzburg

A Bürmooser only rolled over a snow pole and a street lamp on Unterechinger Straße in St. Georgen near Salzburg (Flachgau) on Tuesday evening. At the intersection there, however, according to the police report, he did not use the paved road, but drove over the sidewalk into the adjacent field and then in the direction of Bürmooser Landesstraße.

Alkolenker injured in St. Georgen

In total, the man drove his car about 220 meters across the green area and then tried to get to the L115 over the steep embankment. Because of the steep slope, he got caught with his car and was injured by colliding with trees of an unspecified degree.

Bürmooser has 2 per thousand alcohol in his blood

The vehicle was secured against slipping by the fire fighting train Eching of the FF St. Georgen. The driver received medical care from the Red Cross and was taken to the Salzburg University Hospital. The alcohol test gave a value of 2.08 per mille. The handlebar is displayed.
