Moradabad: Former MP and SP leader Dr ST Hasan has given a statement on the Kanwar Yatra. He said that as soon as the sound of Azan from the mosque goes above the prescribed 60 decibels, the police takes away the loudspeakers of the mosque, whereas during the Kanwar Yatra, heavy DJs are played without any hindrance. He said that will those who remove loudspeakers from mosques also stop these heavy DJs. Actually, the state government has banned arms and ammunition during Muharram. Former MP ST Hasan of Moradabad is angry with this order of the government. On this, SP leader and former MP ST Hasan says that if a ban is being imposed, then it should be imposed equally on everyone. Arms and ammunition should be banned in all religious processions. Then we will not have any objection. Hasan asked what was the need for such a ban in Muharram. For several hundred years, Muslims have been exhibiting their art in Muharram processions.

‘They take away the loudspeakers from the mosque’

ST Hasan says that people travel with such heavy DJs that their hearts start pounding, windows start shaking and vibrations are felt even inside the car. He said that both the Supreme Court and the Yogi government have given the order of 60 decibels, but it is implemented only in mosques. If the sound of Azaan goes above 60 decibels, then the police immediately removes one loudspeaker from the mosque and takes it away. He asked why the DJ is not stopped? He said that if there is equal justice for everyone, then no one will have any problem.
