Tour of Guatemala 2024: This will be the stage 2 route that will reach Fraijanes

The Return to Guatemalawhich will be part of the America Tour of the International Cycling Union (UCI) as part of the season international cycling It will be held from Friday, October 25 to Sunday, November 3, 2024 and will have 10 stages.

On Friday, October 25, 2024, the competition began, covering 1,158 kilometers in different places in the country. The caravan will arrive at Jalapa; El Progreso, Jutiapa; Chimaltenango; Coatepeque; Totonicapan; Salcajá and Antigua Guatemalawhere the great final goal will be. While in the department of Guatemala will visit Fraijanes, Peripheral Ring y Santa Elena Barillas.

From Progreso, Jutiapa to Fraijanes

The second stage will have a route of 107 kilometers that will start from El Progreso, Jutiapa headed by the Colombian David González, who won stage 1. The meeting time for the teams will be at 8:00 a.m. so that the riders sign and prepare for the departure that is scheduled at 9:00 a.m. at the municipal Recreation Park.

They will also be held in Aldea El Chocolate, second category, at kilometer 101.4 and in Fraijanes, fourth category at kilometer 106, one from the final goal.
