Standpunkt – Clearance must not be a carte blanche for criminals – politics

by time news

Last Sunday we reported on four criminals who came out of the penal system in Weinsberg near Heilbronn.

Now the pensioner Elisabeth T. (64) was found murdered in a corn field in Northeim (Lower Saxony). Suspected perpetrator: an outdoor prisoner from the penal system in Moringen.

He has been in psychiatry for 34 years after trying to stab a woman in 1987. Nevertheless, he was now released. A loosening that cost Elisabeth T. her life! The responsible ministry of social affairs sees “no deficits in the Moringen penal system”. This is cynical!

In Lower Saxony there are always criminal offenses committed by outdoor enthusiasts. In 2007 a man from the penal system raped a 23-year-old woman several times. There were further crimes by outdoor prisoners from Moringen in the same year and most recently in 2019. There are also a number of outbreaks.

Moringen has a problem. The German penal system has a problem. That is why the protection of the population falls by the wayside.

And that’s why Elisabeth T. is no longer alive!
