The Growth Team is searching for a highly motivated and execution-focused starlink Growth Lead to own consumer subscriber acquisition and growth throughout Nevada. This individual will be responsible for crafting and implementing local growth strategies, leveraging partnerships, sales initiatives, affiliate programs, field marketing, events, and other awareness campaigns. According to a company release, the role will function as Starlink’s on-the-ground growth owner for the state, with full accountability for scaling adoption and expanding broadband access.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic focus

The position demands a versatile skillset and a proactive approach. Core responsibilities include:

  • growth Strategy & Execution: Owning the consumer subscriber growth strategy for Nevada and achieving ambitious growth targets.
  • Local Market Ownership: Serving as the primary point of contact for all market-related activities, including identifying key opportunities and challenges.
  • Partnership Growth: Identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and government entities.
  • sales & Marketing Initiatives: Developing and executing targeted sales and marketing campaigns to drive subscriber acquisition.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with engineering,operations,and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identifying high-performing acquisition channels.

Ideal Candidate Profile

SpaceX is seeking an individual with a strong track record of success in business development,partnerships,growth,sales,marketing,consulting,or operations. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • A demonstrated execution mindset and the ability to operate independently.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills with a comfort level tracking funnel metrics, conversion rates, and ROI.

preferred qualifications include expertise in consumer purchasing behavior within Nevada,particularly in rural areas,and experience with consumer technology,telecommunications,broadband,utilities,or subscription-based services. previous experience launching and growing products within the state is also highly valued.

compensation & Benefits

The Starlink Growth Lead position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Beyond base salary, SpaceX offers a extensive benefits package including long-term incentives (stock options or awards), potential discretionary bonuses, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, insurance benefits, paid parental leave, and various discounts and perks.
