In the film, she plays Indah, a woman who has a daughter named Ismi.
Claresta said that the character she played was quite challenging.
Because the 28 year old woman had never had a role like that before.
“This is actually a character that is very challenging for me personally because this is the first time I have a character of a mother and a child,” said Claresta Taufan in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta, Tuesday (30/7).
Besides that, he got a lesson from the role he played.
The reason is, Claresta can feel like a mother who is willing to sacrifice for her child.
“Also, from Indah’s character, Claresta herself learned a lot, it turns out that this is what it’s like to be a mother, she will do anything for the safety of her child, even if it’s her own life that is at stake,” said the actress who was born on April 23, 1996.
Interestingly, he also had to do action scenes with Retno, played by Indah Permatasari.
Even though he only practiced for one scene, he was grateful that everything went smoothly.
“For the action itself, I didn’t have time to practice, so on the day of filming, we actually practiced in the afternoon, and in the afternoon we practiced for the scene,” said Claresta Taufan.
The film Sakaratul Maut will be shown in Indonesian cinemas starting August 1, 2024. (mcr7/jpnn)
