From competitions to job opportunities. Small start-ups are growing and hiring new candidates in various fields from e-mobility, to training, to horeca, to software development. The multinational Procter and Gamble, with the support of LVenture Group, has just launched the Green Start (Up) project with which it is addressing the world of start-ups for the first time in Italy to find, together, solutions for environmental sustainability and launches a public call open until 10 May. Always in the name of sustainability and innovation, the European partnership with the Women’s Forum for the Economy & Society to support the growth of female-led start-ups committed to sustainability. In particular, for this call the company has identified three main areas of action: • Logistics and mobility: to reduce the environmental impact of the logistical processes of product transport and employee mobility • Education and communication to the consumer: to identify tools that educate consumers to use products responsibly • Product end-of-life: to reduce the environmental impact in the end-of-life phase of products and innovate recycling models and technologies (applications on https://it.pg. com / green-startup-sustainable-development /).
