The Council of State upheld the ruling of the Administrative Court of Cundinamarca, recognizing the demand of the Attorney General’s Office, which orders the National Government to regulate the procedures for coordination for the proper and harmonious management of the areas of confluence of jurisdictions between the Regional Autonomous Corporations and the System of National Parks or Reserves.

An ecosystem is a set of species that live in a given space and interact through different processes: predation, competition, parasitism and symbiosis. Interaction occurs between species and at the same time between them and the environment.
All living beings in ecosystems become part of the energy cycle when they disintegrate and become nutrients. Ecosystems are made up of many species such as plants, animals, fungi and bacteria that depend on each other. These relationships, already mentioned, produce a constant flow of matter and energy, which keeps the ecosystem alive.
