This November 11, the Government issued the call for the LPDP/005/2023 tender of the Ministry of Finance of the State of Chihuahua. This is a relaunch of the publication he made on October 28.
The Government does not detail whether it canceled or declared void the previous tender.
In this new call, December 13 appears again as the date on which the presentation and opening of offers will be.
The credit.
The total amount of financing requested by the Government is 3 billion pesos without including interest, commissions or legal or financial accessories derived from the contract.
The credit agreement will be valid for up to 20 years from the date of conclusion of the agreement.
Payment will be through federal contributions that correspond to Chihuahua.
This is a credit contemplated in the Income Law of the State of Chihuahua approved for fiscal year 2023.
Construction.
Of the total credit, 1,250 million pesos is for road reconstruction and the other 1,750 million for road rehabilitation.
The reconstruction will involve sections of multiple highways in the municipality of Ojinaga, as well as some sections in Namiquipa and Ojinaga for a total of 264 kilometers.
The repair will be for multiple roads in all regions of the state with a total of 999.67 kilometers. Sections of the highway from Chihuahua capital to Juárez stand out.
They divide the road repair works into the sectors of Gómez Farías, Cuauhtémoc, Parral, Creel, Ahumada, Delicias, Camargo and Chihuahua capital.
