According to the state secretary, it is an officially closed project, and since 2020 there is no document preservation obligation in connection with the support. Miklós Hajnal pointed out in the video: it still happens that the state secretary uses a property built with EU funding as a family home. To this, Mayer said that all conditions stipulated by the grant contract and the EU conditions were fulfilled during the implementation of the project.
According to Mayer, the property had to be used as a recreation center until 2018 based on the rules of the EU project, but according to Márton Tompos, this would have taken seven years according to the EU rules. The house was built in 2014, and HUF 46 million was used for its construction.
