He pointed out that the salary adjustment will benefit workers grouped in the Operational Branch (Administrative and General Services), highlighting the strategic formula of benefiting workers with lower salaries by a higher percentage.

Ayala Almeida reported that, as a fundamental part of the salary increase, the Federal Government’s willingness to continue promoting training for State Service Workers is ratified, obtaining 2,200 pesos per month.

He indicated that the monthly perceptions of the other benefits, as well as those regarding the Quinquenios, a benefit that had been lagging since 2018, registered favorable adjustments.

Regarding the agreements signed between the Ministry of Finance and the FSTSE, the leader of the Bureaucratic Central announced that soon “we will be announcing the salary increase obtained in the negotiation with the Federal Government with regard to the MEDICAL, PARAMEDICAL AND RELATED GROUPS BRANCH.”
