Stavropol region begins to prepare for the European Championship 2023 in motoball

An organizing committee will be created in the Stavropol Territory, which will prepare for the holding of the European Motoball Championship in the region. European-level motoball competitions in the Stavropol Territory are scheduled for next year, in August.

Teams from six European countries have previously announced their intention to participate in the seven-day competition. In addition to Russia, these are teams from Belarus, Lithuania, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

The Governor of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirov, instructed to begin the creation of the organizing committee at a meeting held on Monday, January 24, demanding that the organizing committee “clearly monitor the progress and schedule of the work being done.”

Among the issues to be resolved are logistical ones. We are talking, in particular, about the placement of athletes and fans, the preparation of sports areas and stands.
