BRENNER. A 23 year old Romanian citizen, RMD, was reported yesterday for aggravated theft following investigations carried out by officers of the Brenner Police Station.
The young man had been identified during the morning at the Brennero railway station during the usual border controls; subsequently, in the same afternoon, the manager of a sports shop located inside the shopping centre “Brenner Outlet” he went to the police station to file a complaint against a person who had left his shop at 1.50pm removing some articles of clothingafter having tried on various items of clothing in a fitting room, prior Anti-theft device break-in.
From the description of the perpetrator of the theft provided by the victim, and from the vision of the CCTV camerasit was possible to identify the perpetrator (arrested in the meantime in the province of Milan for a robbery against a public establishment) and report him to the judicial authorities for the crime of aggravated theft.
