SteelSeries has launched short keyboards for the professional gamers

Along with the launch of the Arctis Nova headset series, SteelSeries also announced the launch of a series of short keyboards designed for gamers.

First the pair of keyboards Apex Pro Mini and Pro Mini Wireless in the wireless version. These have a reduced structure of 60% designed to free up space on the desktop and enchant gamers who prefer to use them horizontally while playing. They are made of aluminum alloy and incorporate colorful RGB lighting.

What sets them apart, Apex Pro Mini and Apex Pro Mini Wireless come with OmniPoint 2.0 switches, which, according to the company, provide 11 times faster response and 10 times faster activation than competing switches, and in addition, you can determine the depth of pressing each key separately, as well as program the keys so which will react differently to a light press and a long press.

Another pair of keyboards launched by the company are Apex 9 Mini and Apex 9 TKL. The first is also a short keyboard with a width of 60% and the second is a TKL width. These come with a lot of the same options as the other new Apex, but with OptiPoint optical switches that offer a very fast 0.2ms response time, the ability to adjust the drop depth of each key, a rigid metal top plate that adds to the typing experience, comfortable but firm keys, and a braided and durable USB-C cable.

The prices: Apex Pro Mini for NIS 990, Apex Pro Mini Wireless for NIS 1299, Apex 9 Mini for NIS 699 and Apex 9 TKL for NIS 759.
