The recently postponed “My Songs” concerts with singer Sting will be made up for at the end of 2023. This was announced by the organizer Argo-Konzert on Monday. The affected shows in Oberhausen, Hamburg, Leipzig and Cologne will take place between November 23 and December 4, 2023. In Leipzig, the concert is now scheduled for November 28, 2023 in the Quarterback Arena. According to the organizer, tickets purchased in advance remain valid.

“My Songs” is described by the promoter as a rollicking show that focuses on Sting’s best-loved songs, spanning the 17-time Grammy Award-winner’s successful career both with The Police and as a solo artist. Fans can look forward to classics like “Englishman In New York”, “Fields Of Gold”, “Shape Of My Heart”, “Every Breath You Take”, “Roxanne”, “Message In A Bottle” and many more of his hits . Sting will be accompanied by an electric rock ensemble.

Composer, singer/songwriter, actor, writer and activist Sting was born in Newcastle, England. In 1977 he moved to London to form The Police with Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers. The band released five studio albums, won six Grammys and two Brit Awards. As a solo artist, Sting received a further 11 Grammys, among other awards. Over the course of his career, Sting has sold nearly 100 million albums with The Police and as a solo artist.
