Loose ‘bear’ dominance: Stock market rise, Nifty back at 17,000 points!

The Bombay Stock Exchange benchmark Sensex lost 1,688 points to close at 57,107.15 last Friday.

The stock market ended higher today, with the stock market plummeting over the past few days, with many selling stocks in a hurry and some selling stocks at a profit for fear of a market crash, especially in the wake of the Omigron outbreak.

The benchmark Sensex, which started at 57,365.85 points today, rose by 619.92 points to close at 57,684.79. The Nifty, which started at 17,104.40 points, rose 183.12 points to settle at 17,166.90 points.

Earlier yesterday (Nov. 30) the Nifty closed with 16,983 points and crossed 17,000 points again.

Industry experts say the stock market is likely to be further weakened by news of a new type of corona infection, which continues to rise and fall.
