Electronics Mart:

Consumer goods and electronics retailer Electronic Martin will make its IPO debut today. According to IPO Watch, the company is expected to list at a premium of 50% against its issue price of Rs 59 per share.

Bajaj Auto:

While Bajaj Auto’s consolidated net profit declined by 15%, favorable currency movements and increased domestic two-wheeler and three-wheeler sales helped Bajaj Auto’s net profit grow by 20% year-on-year. The company’s net profit increased from Rs 1,275 crore in the previous year quarter to Rs 1,530 crore in the current fiscal quarter. So its share price has also seen a rise.

Tata Steel:

Homegrown steel major Tata Steel is in active talks with the UK government for financial support for its business. A company spokesperson made the announcement on Friday amid reports that Tata Group is looking to spin off its steel business in the UK.

HDFC Bank:

HDFC Bank’s July-September net profit rose 20.1 percent to Rs 10,605.8 crore. Besides, HDFC Bank’s Chief Financial Officer Srinivasan Vaidyanathan said the merger between HDFC Bank and HDFC Ltd could be completed a few months or even a quarter before the earlier deadline.
