Title: “The ‘Death List’ Unveiled: Wave of Violence Linked to Stockholm’s Drug Market War”

Date: January 15, 2023

Stockholm, Sweden – A 22-year-old man belonging to the notorious Dalennävterket has been charged with preparation for murder and aggravated weapons offenses after police seized his mobile phone containing a list of 41 names connected to the Foxtrot network. The list was encrypted in a mobile app and featured detailed information about the individuals, including addresses and apartment numbers. Investigations have revealed that all the names on the list are linked to the drug market, specifically in the ongoing battle between the Foxtrot and Valley networks.

The most prominent name on the list is Rawa Majid, 37, the leader of the Foxtrot network. The list was made public when the 22-year-old was convicted and sentenced to seven years in prison for possession of a loaded weapon, which he intended to use against a 24-year-old individual associated with the rival May network. The targeted individual is a front figure for the May network and had aligned with Rawa Majid’s Foxtrot network.

The list, which has been dubbed the “death list” by the media, has resulted in multiple deaths, with at least six incidents traced back to individuals on the list. On May 30, a 35-year-old man was mistakenly shot and killed in Hagalund, Solna, while the intended target, a 22-year-old believed to be connected to the Foxtrot network, survived. On July 10, a 33-year-old man was shot dead on his balcony in Ulvsunda, Bromma. The mother of Ismail Abdo, who is on the list, was targeted and killed on September 7 in Uppsala. The police suspect Rawa Majid is behind this murder as an act of revenge after a split within the network.

Further violence occurred on September 12 when a 25-year-old man, connected to Rawa Majid’s cousin, was fatally shot in a stairwell in Sala. On September 14, a 17-year-old, a close friend of one of the individuals on the list, was shot dead in Västertorp. Additionally, on September 28, a 24-year-old woman died from injuries sustained in an explosion next to her home, which was targeted due to mistaken identity.

The conflict between the Foxtrot and Valley networks has seen more than 22 serious acts of violence against 18 individuals on the list, with two murders occurring even before the list’s creation. The list has had severe repercussions, with retaliatory attacks and intimidation aimed at individuals associated with the Valley network.

The police suspect that the Valley network may possess a similar “death list” targeting members of the Foxtrot network. To date, multiple arrests and convictions have been made, with some individuals already sentenced for acts of violence, aiding and abetting murder, and serious drug crimes. It is worth noting that some individuals on the list have either left the country or have protected personal information.

The case highlights the ongoing drug market war in Stockholm and the violent consequences it has on the community. Law enforcement agencies are working to apprehend those responsible for the violence, but as the police express, “We can’t be everywhere – but we have prevented many crimes”. The investigation into the “death list” continues to uncover new details, and efforts are being made to dismantle both the Foxtrot and Valley networks involved in the escalating conflict.
