Stomach ache after a Thai dinner

A 52-year-old woman comes to the emergency department with abdominal pain. The night before, she exceptionally had Thai food. Her diet consists mainly of (raw) vegetables, seaweed, fruit, seeds and kernels. An hour after the Thai meal, she had pain with the punctum maximum in the upper abdomen.

She is nauseous and has vomited once. The stools had a normal consistency, without blood or mucus. There is no fever or weight loss. She has a blank history and is not taking any medication.
