KYLIAN MBAPPE. That’s a shame. We were behind, we had a difficult start but we managed to come back. We did what we had to, we took the advantage. We widened the gap. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to keep this result and we must congratulate this Strasbourg team because they didn’t give up, at home, with a great atmosphere. Happy end of the season to them.
How do you explain the excitement in Paris this Saturday evening?
We no longer explain anything, we are champions. We try to give our maximum. I think we played with envy. We had an air pocket in the last 10-15 minutes which was fatal to us. But I think now is not the time to explain things.

When I said that we continue to play, I included myself in it. Of course it’s a goal. I’ve always said that if you could do both, you shouldn’t deprive yourself. Now there are three games left and I will keep trying to help my team win every time.
Are you surprised that Strasbourg had the resources to come back?
No, because we have TV and we watch the games. This team does not come out of nowhere. They are having a great season. I think we gave the stick a bit to get beaten, but we mustn’t take the credit away from the teams when they manage to hang a result against us. It’s not just because we slow down or we’re less good.
