Stray shooting in the north: A 17-year-old woman was shot dead while sitting in her room, 6 suspects were arrested

Another victim in the Arab sector: A 17-year-old girl was hit during the night (Tuesday to Wednesday) by a stray bullet in the village of Kanna while she was in Hadera. She was evacuated for medical treatment at the Italian hospital in Nazareth, where doctors were forced to determine her death.

A few hours after the tragic incident, police made the arrest of six suspects involved in it. They will be brought to court during the day for a hearing to extend their detention.

The police estimate that the source of the shooting incident, which led to the girl’s death, is in a bloody and protracted conflict within the Abbas family who live in the village of Kanna.
