Mens sana in corpore sano. The Romans already knew it and to this day it is a motto that many adhere to. Our bodies and our mental well-being are intimately linked, that much is certain. But to what extent? To what extent can something like a simple stretching session make us feel better about ourselves and our heads? We asked physiotherapist Anneleen Maris.
