Yambu: The Saudi Public Prosecution has issued a warning against the theft of property belonging to passengers or aircraft in the country. According to Article 154 of the Civil Aviation Act, such thieves face severe punishment. Authorities have warned that anyone attempting to commit an unlawful act in connection with the hijacking will be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or a fine not exceeding five million riyals, or both, under Article 154.
