New episode in the saga of the Hollywood actors’ strike: the strike will continue after the failure of the negotiations between the union and the studios to achieve salary improvements among other demands. After more than four weeks of discussions, the alliance of Film and Television producers “remains unwilling to offer a fair agreement on key issues such as salary increases,” according to a statement from the actors’ union SAG AFTRA.
